About Alise
Alise Neal is a recent Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) graduate from Central Carolina Technical College and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from San José State University. Originally from California, Alise is transitioning into her second career—nursing—bringing with her a passion for patient-centered care. She will soon begin her role in the Intensive Care Unit at Prisma Health Tuomey, where she looks forward to making a meaningful impact in critical care.
Driven by a commitment to lifelong learning, Alise plans to pursue a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) to further her leadership and clinical expertise. She is especially passionate about youth wellness and advocates for the use of sports and physical activity to promote children’s health and provide positive outlets beyond the classroom. Outside of her professional goals, Alise is a proud mother of two incredible children who continue to inspire her every day.
NEC Director Responsibilities:
Responsible for encouraging candidates to run for positions
Raises awareness for the Annual State Convention by traveling to schools across South Carolina to present to nursing students
Updates the SNA-SC Executive Board Candidate Packet annually
Presents pre-slated and newly slated candidates for the executive board positions during convention
Attends all events held by the state and attends local chapter events when invited
