About Makenzee
Makenzee is a third-semester nursing student at Tri-County Technical College, planning to graduate in May 2025. She is passionate about pursuing a career in travel nursing, with a special interest in the emergency field. In addition to her studies, she is a proud dog mom to sweet Ella Mae. She is also excited to be a part of the Student Nurses Association, where she is serving as the Ethics and Governance Director. In this role, she will focus on promoting ethical practices and strong governance within our association. She aims to ensure that we uphold the highest standards of integrity and accountability in all our activities. By fostering a supportive and transparent environment, she hopes to empower fellow nursing students to navigate ethical dilemmas and contribute to a positive and effective healthcare community. She believes that together, we can make a meaningful impact in the field of nursing.
Ethics & Governance Director Responsibilities:
Promotes political awareness among nursing students
Plans legislative activities
Updates the Resolution Writing Handbook annually
